The launch of the “10 Minute Film Challenge” will be announced. This is an opportunity for kids in 4th-12th grade to make their own mini documentaries or indi-flicks this summer. 1st Prize is a $1000 college scholarship. Best films will be screened at a special Film Festival September 19.
